NOAA’s National Geodetic Survey has responded to emergency events with medium format digital cameras since 2003. Within hours of landing the plane, aerial imagery is distributed through NOAA's Emergency Response Viewer to aid first-responders, federal and local governments, and the public. This webinar will cover tips on using the emergency response viewer, the unique challenges faced during past hurricane seasons, and frequently asked questions from the public. Imagery applications will also be discussed.
