Color Photography records a scene in its true colors. Film Photography can be recorded on either positive or negative medium. The difference between positive and negative mediums is how the images are formed on the three emulsion layers of the film.

Color Infrared may also be referred to as false color. Photography that is sensitive to the green, red, and reflected Infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum.
