Black and White Photography, usually sensitive to the majority of the visible spectrum.
Color Photography records a scene in its true colors. Film Photography can be recorded on either positive or negative medium. The difference between positive and negative mediums is how the images are formed on the three emulsion layers of the film.
Black and White Photography sensitive to the portion of the Infrared spectral region of 700 to 900 nanometers.
Color Infrared may also be referred to as false color. Photography that is sensitive to the green, red, and reflected Infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum.
