doy yr mon day or
doy yr DOY
where DOY = day-of-year.
DESCRIPTION
doy takes a user input date, given as year, month, and day,
converts to the year and day-of-year and writes the result to stdout.
Conversely, doy will convert a year, day-of-year to the year,
month and day.
doy recognizes two input forms
- doy yr mon day -> yr DOY
- doy yr DOY -> yr mon day
EXAMPLES
Values returned by the program will be shown in fixed width font.
- Convert a year, month and day to the year and day-of-year.

- Convert a year and day-of-year to the equivalent date.
