The GUI Frame
The frames of the Vupos window and subordinate dialogs have
the default Java application appearance. While this may appear somewhat
different from others on your desktop, the frame's capabilities and controls
are identical to any window's frame.
The frame enables the window to be:
- moved:
- position the cursor over the frame's title bar at the
top, click and hold the left mouse button, and the
entire window will move with the cursor until the
mouse button is released.
- resized:
- place the cursor over the side or corner of the frame
until the cursor changes shape (
),
click and hold the left mouse button, drag the
frame to the desired size, then release the mouse button.
- minimize:
- placing the cursor over the minimize button
(
),
and clicking will cause the window to be reduced to an
icon on your desktop.
- maximize:
- placing the cursor over the maximize button
(
),
and clicking will cause the window to occupy the entire
desktop.
- close:
- placing the cursor over the close button on the Vupos frame
(
),
and clicking will quit the program. Doing the same
on subordinate dialogs will simply cause the dialog to
disappear.
- all other controls:
- place the cursor over the GPos logo button
(
), and click
the left mouse button. A menu will appear with other options.
