Operating Javad and Septentrio receivers in parallel via splitters

	  (BASE TESTING TO COMPARE JAVAD AGAINST HOW i'VE BEEN COLLECTING
	   DATA UP UNTIL THIS POINT ON SEPTENTRIO RX)


general idea: go through 360 degree pans every 30 or 60 seconds, then
try a different combination of speed or acceleration to see what happens
with the L2-L2 phase windup term
