 THE BASE LINE IS LOCATED ABOUT 1.0 MILE NORTHEAST OF ANDOVER ALONG THE EASTERN EDGE OF THE GRASS RUNWAY WHICH IS PARALLEL TO THE
 PAVED RUNWAY ON THE AEROFLEX ANDOVER AIRPORT.

 THE 580 METER POINT IS LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST END OF THE GRASS RUNWAY.  IT IS 6.7 METERS NORTH OF THE FLASHING SIGNAL LIGHT AT THE
 NORTHEAST END OF THE RUNWAYS, 6.0 METERS WEST OF THE CENTER OF THE GRAVEL ENTRANCE ROAD AND 3.45 METERS NORTH OF THE CENTER OF A
 0.32 METER ROUND CORRUGATED CULVERT.

 ALL OF THE MARKS ARE STANDARD CALIBRATION BASE LINE DISKS, STAMPED WITH THEIR BASE LINE DESIGNATION AND THE YEAR 1979, SET IN THE
 TOP OF 0.25 METER ROUND CONCRETE MONUMENTS THAT PROJECT UP TO 0.06 METER ABOVE THE GROUND.  ALL OF THE METER POINTS HAVE UNDERGROUND
 MARKS AND TWO REFERENCE MARKS.

 THE BASE LINE IS A NORTHEAST-SOUTHWEST LINE WITH THE 0 METER POINT ON THE SOUTHWEST END.  IT IS MADE UP OF THE 0, 150, 300, AND 580
 METER POINTS WITH A POINT FOR THE CALIBRATION OF 100 FOOT TAPES SET SOUTHWEST OF THE 580 METER POINT.  ALL OF THE MARKS ARE SET ON
 THE EASTERN EDGE OF THE GRASS RUNWAY AND ARE MARKED BY ORANGE TRAFFIC CONES.

 NORTH-NORTHEAST OF ANDOVER AT THE AEROFLEX-ANDOVER AIRPORT.  THE BASE LINE RUNS ALONG AND IS APPROXIMATELY PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERN

 OF LACEY ROAD, COUNTY ROAD 614 AND IS LOCATED WITHIN AN UNDEVELOPED GRASS AREA.

 THE BASELINE IS A NORTHWEST-SOUTHEAST LINE WITH THE 0-METER POINT AT THE SOUTHEAST END.  IT CONSISTS OF 0, 150, 400, AND 1000 METER

 9.7 KM (6.0 MI) NORTHEAST FROM LAKEWOOD.  THE BASELINE IS LOCATED IN WALL TOWNSHIP ON THE GROUNDS OF THE MONMOUTH EXECUTIVE AIRPORT. 
 THE BASELINE RUNS PARALLEL TO THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF A PAVED ACCESS ROAD ADJACENT TO THE TAXIWAY FOR RUNWAY (14-32) AND IS LOCATED
 WITHIN A LANDSCAPED GRASS AREA.

 THE 0 METER POINT IS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF JEFFERSON ROAD IN FRONT OF THE SHIMANO BUILDING.  IT IS 1.25 METERS NORTHWEST OF

 THE BASELINE IS LOCATED ABOUT 2.3 KM (1.4 MI) EAST FROM THE COMMUNITY OF WEST MILFORD, 10.9 KM (6.8 MI) NORTHWEST FROM THE BOROUGH OF 
 WANAQUE, AND 6.4 KM (4.0 MI) SOUTHWEST FROM THE COMMUNITY OF UPPER GREENWOOD LAKE.  THE BASELINE IS LOCATED IN WEST MILFORD TOWNSHIP 
 ON THE GROUNDS OF THE GREENWOOD LAKES AIRPORT, A NJDOT OWNED FACILITY.  THE BASELINE RUNS PARALLEL TO THE NORTHWEST EDGE OF RUNWAY 
 (6-24) AND IS LOCATED WITHIN A LANDSCAPED GRASS AREA.

 THE BASELINE IS A NORTHEAST-SOUTHWEST LINE WITH THE 0-METER POINT AT THE NORTHEAST END.  IT CONSISTS OF 0, 150, 400, AND 900 METER 
 POINTS.

 PSYCHIATRIC INSTITUTE.

 THE BASE LINE IS AN EAST-WEST LINE WITH THE 0-METER POINT ON THE EAST END.  IT CONSISTS OF THE 0, 150, 400, AND 1000 METER POINTS.
 
 TO REACH THE 0-METER POINT FROM THE JUNCTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 206 AND COUNTY ROAD 518, LOCATED WEST OF ROCKY HILL, GO WESTERLY ON
 COUNTY ROAD 518 FOR 4.7 KM (2.9 MI) TO THE CROSSROADS INTERSECTION COUNTY ROADS 518 AND 601 AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT.  TURN RIGHT AND GO 
 NORTH ON COUNTY ROAD 601 FOR 1.5 KM (0.9 MI) TO THE CROSSROADS INTERSECTION WITH SKILLMAN ROAD ON THE RIGHT AND COUNTY ROAD 602 
 (CAMP MEETING AVENUE) ON THE LEFT AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT.  TURN RIGHT AND GO EAST ON SKILLMAN ROAD FOR 0.45 KM (0.28 MI) TO THE 0-METER
 POINT ON THE RIGHT.
