 DH2918  coefficient between the latitude and longitude components of either
 DH2918  the coordinate (NETWORK) or coordinate difference (LOCAL).  Dist is
 DH2918  the three-dimensional straight-line slope distance, in km, between
 DH2918  station DH2918 and the corresponding local station.  Local stations
 DH2918  are stations processed simultaneously in a session regardless of
 DH2918  distance.
