The mark is located 40.40 m (132.5 ft) NW of the west corner of Fishermans Seafood Restaurant, 23.20 m (76.1 ft) NE of the yellow fire hydrant, 13.20 m (43.3 ft) NW of the centerline of Citizens Dock Rd, 2.10 m (6.9 ft) north of the southern-most utility box marked with the letters AD, and 0.30 m (1.0 ft) west of an orange NOAA witness post.
