Description: The bench mark is a disk at the port of Oakland Franklin D. Roosevelt pier at the southwest intersection of Clay and Water streets, in top of a concrete sea wall, 18.0 m (59.1 ft) west of the extended center of Clay Street, 15.8 m (51.8 ft) southwest of a fire hydrant, 9.0 m (29.5 ft) southeast of the southeast corner of the Oakland fire department Station Number 2, and 0.4 m (1.3 ft) north of the south face of the seawall.
