Description: The bench mark is a disk located at the U.S. Corps of Engineers (COE) Eagle Island Maintenance Yard, on the SW side of the COE property line, 23.47 m (77.0 ft) SE of the SE corner of the shop and office building, 8.35 m (27.4 ft) SW of the SW corner of the building, and 0.70 m (2.3 ft) NE of the SW fence line and behind the electrical shop. The bench mark is crimped to the top of a copper-clad steel rod driven to an unspecified depth, encased in a 5-inch PVC pipe and concrete kickblock.
