Description:	The bench mark is a flange-encased stainless steel rod driven 58 ft to refusal with a concrete kickblock, 69.3 ft SW of the centerline of Port Road, 84 ft N of utility pole number "A7096" with light, 35 ft NW of the centerline of a paved drive to a parking area for Texas Pack, 19.4 ft NNE of angle break in chain-link fence, 4 ft SE of chain-link fence, and 3.5 ft SE of a fiberglass witness post. Rod protrudes out of flange, lid does not close.
