Description: The mark was set by Conrad Bluche Institute in 2006 and is a flange-encased rod set (0.3' below the surface) on the USCG Freeport property, 32 meters NW'ly of the SE'ly end of the finger pier on the S'ly side of the station, 5.5' NE'ly of the fence on the S'ly side of the station, and 2.4' S'ly of the concrete slab adjoining the finger pier on the S'ly side of the station. The mark is (TXSC) 189.75 degrees 121.2 feet from mark 877 2447 B, and is driven 44.0' to refusal,encased in a 5" PVC pipe.
