The benchmark is a flanged-encased rod located NE of the end of the Hooper Bay runway on the south side of the Agulikutaq Slough, 144 m(274 ft) NNE of benchmark 946 6931 D, 83.50 m(274.0 ft) ESE of benchmark 946 6931 B, 48.0 m (78.7 ft) NE of the edge of the first pond east of the open ocean, and 38.9 m (127.6 ft) west of Kwigilluchuk Creek which runs north to the Agulikutaq Tidal Slough. The benchmark is 6 cm (0.2 ft) above grade, a stainless steel rod driven 8.53 m(28.0 ft) to refusal. |
