This station is located at the United Riverhead Terminal Co. in Riverhead NY. Contact Scott Kamm (631) 284-2010 for access. It's at the off shore oil pipeline pier. At the base of 4 steps on the pier, 10.5 ft. SW of the SW corner of a small utility building, 29.5 ft. S of the N edge of the concrete pier, 5.7 ft. N of the wooden bulkhead, 4.3 ft. E of the West edge of the wooden bulkhead. It is a standard National Ocean Service Brass Disk stamped 2987 B 1987 set flush in the concrete pier. |
