Description: The bench mark is a flange-encased rod set in the grassy area along the south side of the channel leading to a marina, 68.3 m (224.1 ft) SE of bench mark 865 4875 D, 42.5 m (139.4 ft) NNW of the first step up in the seawall, 29.5 m (96.8 ft) north of the end of the gravel road, 26.2 m (86.0 ft) south of a 30-degree bend in the seawall, 23.6 m (77.4 ft) NE of an orange carsonite NOS witness post, and 6.7 m (22.0 ft) WSW of the seawall.
