Description: The bench mark is driven into the tundra west of the gravel road leading NE to the cemetery and Coast Guard light on Cape Deceit 46.15 m (135.0 ft) SW of the CL of an ATV trail where it meet the eastern side of road, 15.26 m (50.0 ft) NW of center line of road, and 0.79 m (2.6 ft) south of Carsonite witness post. The datum point is 0.16 m (0.52 ft) below grade with the top portion of the rod covered by a 0.90 m (3.0 Ft) grease filled sleeve and encased in 18" of 6" PVC with an NOS logo cover.
