Description:	The bench mark is a USCGS disk set in a concrete base encased in a 4 inch PVC on the grounds east of the Plum Island Lighthouse, 19.7 m (64.6 ft) east of the driveway leading to the light keepers house, 17.62 m (57.8 ft) NE of the NE corner of the light keepers house, 8.17 m (26.8 ft) south of a 1.07 m (3.5 ft) diameter concrete well casing, 8 m (26.2 ft) NNE of the northernmost of two bird house poles, and 0.21 m (0.7 ft) below ground level.
