Description: The station is at the Darling Marine Center, University of Maine, about 6 mi SW from Damariscotta, at the end of the road near the Mitchell Flowing seawater Laboratory. The Tidal Bench Mark is set in the top center of the southern of two concrete cap logs leading to the Ira C. Darling Boat House and pump station, 7.0 m west of the east end of the cap log, 2.8 m south of the center of the road leading to the pier, and 0.4 m east of the west end of the cap log.
