Description: The bench mark is a disk set in the granite bulkhead cap between two metal bollards linked with chains on the seawall at Christopher Columbus Park, 68.7 m (225.4 ft) north of the southernmost bollard located along the seawall, 65.0 m (213.3 ft) south of the northernmost bollard located along the seawall, 8.4 m (27.6 ft) ENE of the SE corner of the granite step edging of a triangular shaped landscaping feature, and 0.4 m (1.3) west of the eastern edge of the seawall.
