Description:	The bench mark is a disk located in the Padre Balli Park compound at the end of the park entrance road, 52.8 ft north of the centerline of the road leading to the beach, 46.9 ft east of the centerline of the divider street between the park entrance and exit roads, and 9.8 ft east of Light Pole 440. The bench mark is crimped to a galvanized steel rod, driven 20.0 ft into the ground, and encased in a 4-inch PVC pipe and concrete kickblock.
