DATA FORMAT CHANGE

Version 1.07 of the Universal Data Delivery Format (UDDF) will be implimented on January 28, 2004. The revision to the Navigational Aid Data section on the UDDF will accomodate the reporting of additional information for Navigational Aids.
   1) The NAVAID TYPE field size will be increase from 25 to 33 characters to allow reporting the ILS/MLS System Identifier in addition to the runway that the NAVAID serves.
   2) The NAVAID OFFSET DISTANCE field size will increase from 5 to 7 characters to allow reporting larger distances relative to a CLPT.
   3) The position of other fields in the NAVAID section will be modified to accommodate the above changes. See UDDF documentation for details.
NGS surveys performed after January 28, 2004 will include the ILS/MLS System Identifier in the NAVAID TYPE field.
