To make comments on how the existing source code can be improved, please observe the following rules:
1. If you are commenting on specific lines of source code then show both the existing lines, and your new, improved code.
2. Keep in mind that if you are suggesting extensive changes to a piece of source code it may be best if you just re-write it yourself and then re-submit it (with a driver program and example data set). Then your new code could be made available along side the old.
3. Keep your comments civilized. Rude comments will not be posted.
4. If you find an algorithm useful please end us a comment saying so. Tell us it's great! This makes the contributors (and the web page guys) feel appreciated.
