- a.m. - Classroom overview of GPS and collection of GPS data outdoors
- p.m. - Overview and use of the Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) network and the Online Positioning Users Service (OPUS) to obtain accurate positions. Topics include a description of CORS information and its various applications (positioning, GIS development, remote sensing, etc.), how to access CORS information, and how to use publicly available utilities for processing GPS data.
Wednesday, June 4 (potentially half day)
- Overview and demonstration of Real-time Kinematic (RTK) GPS collection and its application
