Hey, How about this!
U.S. and Canada to Share Automated Positioning Services
The National Geodetic Survey (NGS) and Geomatics Canada share their automated positioning services, supporting a consistent North American spatial reference system. This partnership allows both U.S. and Canadian citizens to use the Online Positioning Service (OPUS), developed by NGS, and the Precise Point Positioning (PPP) service, developed by Geomatics Canada. OPUS and PPP are Web-based utilities that allow users to submit global positioning system data to NGS and Geomatics Canada. The agencies automatically computes precise, three-dimensional coordinates for the requested location and then email these coordinates, usually within minutes, to the user. For more information, contact Richard Snay ( Richard.Snay@noaa.gov ).
