    PRESENTATION
    INFORMATION
Posters will be posted in or near the workshop meeting space. The format is landscape mode with dimensions: 60 inches (W) by 40 inches (H) or 1.5 m (W) by 1 m (H).

Due to space limitations, posters will be displayed for two-day blocks. Posters for sessions on Monday or Tuesday will be up for those two days; posters for Wednesday or Thursday sessions will be up for both those days. Presenters should please put up their posters first thing on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Here is the schedule for poster displays.

    TRAVEL
    ARRANGEMENTS
The most convenient airport is the Miami International Airport (MIA) .

There is no direct bus or shuttle transportation from MIA to the hotel. It is best to plan on taking a taxi, which should cost around $30 to $35.

It is not recommended that participants rent cars for their stay at the Ritz-Carlton since they should not be needed for travel in the Miami Beach area around the hotel. Parking can be quite expensive.
