99/10/05 DEFECTS IN PROGRAM arcic
SYMPTOM: Initial conditions for only a subset of available satellites
are printed when using a broadcast message file as the source.
PROBLEM: testbc.f - Quickly scans the broadcast message file for all
available satellite PRN numbers. This routine was not
skipping the correct number of lines between satellite entries.
CORRECTION: testbc.f - Change count limit for skipping a satellite info blocks.
