99/09/01 DEFECTS IN PROGRAM pages
SYMPTOM: Conflicting status is reported when the ocean-loading correction
is enabled.
PROBLEM: logskl.f - The wrong model flag was used to create the ocean-
loading status label in this routine.
CORRECTION: logskl.f - Use the correct flag to create the status label.
