99/09/01 DEFECTS IN LIBRARY libgpsF
SYMPTOM: A site, out of many others, showed incorrect L1 phase center
offsets.
PROBLEM: rdfsi.f - That site was the only one with a met record in
the site_info files. The computation of the
ARP to pressure sensor offset was incorrectly
using the conversion NEU to XYZ rather than
XYZ to NEU to convert the antenna ARP to phase
center offset thereby corrupting this site's L1
phase center offset.
CORRECTION: rdfsi.f - Use the XYZ to NEU conversion.
