99/08/13 DEFECTS IN PROGRAM xsites
SYMPTOM: No syptoms were reported on the HP workstations.
PROBLEM: coordinates.c - external/global variable L1Offset was not
explicitly typed in several routines stored in this file.
This caused a compilation error on the Linux system.
CORRECTION: Added external type cast for L1Offset as required.
