99/08/13 DEFECTS IN PROGRAM pages
SYMPTOM: No syptoms were reported on the HP workstations.
PROBLEM: trosnx.f - a call to ucase, which converts a string to upper
case letters erroneously had two string lengths
rather than the length and string.
prerl.f - time argument was incorrectly typed.
