99/05/05 DEFECT IN LIBRARY libgpsF
SYMPTOM: Constraints specified in pages.skl were not being applied.
PROBLEM: Constraints specified by the full ID string, i.e. the four
character ID, the sequence code character and the point code
sequence number, were not being applied. The library routine
rdidseq, which creates this string from a character string with
arbitrary whitespace between components was inserting too
many spaces between ID components.
CORRECTION: Correct format for creating ID string.
