99/03/09 DEFECT IN PROGRAM xsites
SYMPTOM: Catastrophic failure with a segmentation violation.
PROBLEM: xsites uses the antenna name to extract the manufacturer ID.
In all other cases, these three character manufacture ID was
separated from the antenna ID by a blank. With the recent
inclusion of the Javad antennas, this space has been eliminated
and the program was overflowing the ID string.
CORRECTION: Trap/limit manufacturer ID to three characters.
