99/02/08 DEFECT IN pages
SYMPTOM: Site velocity constraint applied to only one site from list.
PROBLEM: The wrong loop counter was used to assign/store velocity
constraint information. Looks like the site constraint section
was cloned but the loop counter was not correctly changed
for assignment lines.
CORRECTION: gfxnm.f:
Correct loop counter name for all occurances in the block
storing the constraint information.
