98/12/04 DEFECT IN tdsolve
SYMPTOM: The program had a catastrophic failure when wildly erroneous
a priori station coordinates were entered.
PROBLEM: No usable observations were detected. This condition was not
trapped before the the program began to invert the normal
matrix for the solution. The empty normal matrix, in turn,
caused the program to fail.
CORRECTION: tdsolve.c:
Test for the condition of no obs, output an error message
describing this condition, and exit gracefully.
