98/11/19 DEFECT IN THE clibtools LIBRARY
SYMPTOM: Sporadic nonsensical output from some secondary programs, most
recently the sitelist program.
PROBLEM: The header file, math.h, was not included in the neu2xyz
conversion routine. This resulted in some standard math
functions were giving erroneous results because of function
type definition problems.
CORRECTION: Include the math.h header file in neu2xyz.
