98/09/16 DEFECT in script handle_ser7
SYMPTOM: Pole and ut1 files from most recent handle_ser7 output were
invalid.
PROBLEM: On Tuesday, September 15, the second of 2 ser7@maia.usno.navy.mil
mailings was actually an announcement regarding "SUBJ/FORMAT OF
MISSION CRITICAL TIME AND ASTRONOMICAL DATA PROVIDED BY NAVOBSY
AFTER Y2K". Script processed it as if it were a valid Series 7
mailing, based on From address.
CORRECTION: Modified script to ignore mailings from ser7@maia.usno.navy.mil
when Subject line is not "IGS Rapid Service". Invalid messages
will be tagged as such, and the last valid message, if necessary,
restored.
