98/09/02 DEFECT in script run_tdsolve

SYMPTOM: Warning messages appear in tdsolve.sum about the program being unable to find omitted station "0".
PROBLEM: Extra command line argument was being passed to setup_tdsolve.inp when no stations were being omitted.
CORRECTION: Eliminate extra argument to setup_tdsolve.inp
