SYMPTOM: Catastrophic failure while reading wes23510.95o.
PROBLEM: Corrupt epoch line/data appeared to have a satellite
with a wildly erroneous PRN number ( PRN = 100000 ).
CORRECTION: in rdrnx.f: test if PRN numbers are within bounds of array.
in rdrnx.f: initialize buffer for reading file lines to
be all blanks.
in rnxhdr.f: initialize buffer for reading file lines to
be all blanks.
