98/04/21 DEFECT in script run_survey
SYMPTOM: Failed in baseline creation loop. Screen and run_msg print
show baseline rather than database ID.
PROBLEM: Modification to *.bls file created by stree was not countered
in this script.
CORRECTION: in run_survey, modify loop for creation of baseline to recognize
new *.bls format.
