98/04/08 DEFECT in program refprn
SYMPTOM: No scenarios printed to the *.prn file.
PROBLEM: As a final convenience, refprn searches the list of reference
satellites and, if the same satellite is reference in two or more
adjacent scenarios, collapses the separate scenarios into one.
In this test, no trap had been created for reference satellite
scenario list with one and only one entry. This single entry
was removed.
CORRECTION: In refprn.f, code was inserted trap a one scenario list.
