98/03/13 DEFECT in program mergedb
SYMPTOM: Compilation errors on PC
PROBLEM: Conversion of antenna ID from numeric to ASCII string had left
a defunct passed argument the phsres subroutine.
A similar defunct passed argument remained in subroutine rnxhdr
when it was recognized that RINEX header information was
unreliable for providing antenna information.
CORRECTION: Remove all references to iant array in phsres.f and rnxhdr.f
