SYMPTOM: The program failed with a traceback in subroutine tmshft.
PROBLEM: The program expected a comment line at the beginning of the
estimated parameters which is not actually required
and did not exist in the 2nd file read.
CORRECTION: The program was modified to be more robust so it could handle a
SINEX file of this form as either the first or second file given
to Snxdif.

NOTES: Due to these changes the version of the code in /g1/Src/Snxdif
should be considered the correct version of the program. Note that
a subdirectory Sitran contains the code to transform a Sinex file
by the 7 parameter adjustment given in an output file from Snxdif
and is currently in use by the CORS project. The Sitran code was
not changed.
