98/03/02 DEFECT in program page4
SYMPTOM: large post-fit RMS with discontinuities throughout post-fit plots
when processing Feb 28, 1998
PROBLEM: The reference frame, and therefore, the coordinates of all sites
change from ITRF94 to ITRF96 on March 1, 1998. In processing
the February 28 data, the page4 crosses into March 1 and the
station coordinates are appropriate update and estimated
parameters are correct. However, when the second, post-fit pass
through the data occurs, the station coordinates were not
reinitialized resulting in erroneous post-fit plots and RMS.
CORRECTION: In rddata: explicitly re-initialize the station coordinates
by resetting the "next update" arrays: nexth() and nextl().
nexth and nextl are passed in the common defined in fsinfo.cm.

VERSION: 9803.02
SOURCE: /g1/HPUX.10/Src/Page4
/g1/HPUX.09/Src/Page4
EXECUTABLE: /g1/HPUX.10/Bin
/g1/HPUX.09/Bin
NOTES: The estimated parameters and other products were correct;
effectively only the post-fit plots were in error. However,
because these are used to judge the quality of a solution,
the run was appropriately considered to have failed.
