JR noted sporadic, erroneous output to page4.sum file from statistics
in weekly summaries on 10/26/95. Reported symptom to me (MS). I
corrected bug in subroutine staadj. Correction will go out with
pending upgrade.
SYMPTOM: occasionally "- ANT OFFSET" in coordinate deconstruction is
not included in summary file for all sites.
PROBLEM: second index (station sequence number) hardwired to value of
1 (one) for array containing antenna offsets in test for
non-zero antenna offset and subsequent output.
CORRECTION: changed second index to station sequence variable.
NOTES: No effect to page4 outside of routine.
