SYMPTOM: Fortnightly, sinusoidal signal in EOP and orbit comparisons to IGS
PROBLEM: I (MSS) had updated the sub-daily EOP model to the IERS standards
and included that in the library routine to rotate between
ECF and inertial space. Code for modifying the EOP partials
for sub-daily EOP, coded in the subroutine "models", was alterned
to match this change. Unfortunately, I did not notice or realize
that the sub-daily EOP correction to station coordinates was also
applied in the "models" subroutine. The result after the modifi-
cation was that the sub-daily EOP correction to station coordinates
was applied twice.
CORRECTION: inteop.f (in Lib/LibgpsF)
Remove sub-daily EOP correction to the EOP
models.f (in Page5)
Leave correction to station position here for the time being.
