00/07/17 DEFECT IN PROGRAM log2site
SYMPTOM: Failed to output the most recently dated records.
PROBLEM: The routine ConvertYear, contained in the file LogDate, was
erroneously omitting the current year as a valid possibility.
CORRECTION: LogDate.c
Correct test in routine ConvertYear from less that to less than
or equal to.
