00/03/24 DEFECT IN INCLUDE PROGRAM site2snx
SYMPTOM: Unable to search user specified antenna info file, failing
catastrophically.
PROBLEM: A typo existed in the call to getopt, the standard routine which
parses the command-line. The call was instructed that the "-A"
option (ant info file name) did not have an argument, and that
the "-O" option (horizontal offsets) did.
CORRECTION: in site2snx.c: correct call to getopt.
