00/02/09 DEFECT IN PROGRAM list
SYMPTOM: No values were found in the pages files searched.
PROBLEM: list must interpret the pages (and gpscom) version number written
to the file(s) submitted to correctly read those file. The test
on version numbers was done lexicographically rather than
numerically, but still failed because of the use of dates as
version identifiers and the Y2K rollover.
CORRECTION: Similar to traps for two digit years, trap post year 2000
version identfiers and interpret them appropriately.
