00/01/12 DEFECT IN PROGRAM reformat_llsolv
SYMPTOM: reformat_llsolv catastrophically failed reading llsolv output.
PROBLEM: The change to read gpscom output had an unanticipated impact
on reading the llsolv output. Additional code had to be inserted
to permit the program to descriminate between these two output
files and take action appropriate to each. Namely, attempt to
read EOP values from only once from redundant print blocks in
the llsolv output.
CORRECTION: reformat_llsolv.c: Initialize a flag identifying redundant blocks
of EOP values
scan_llsolv.c: Trap strings characteristic of EOP blocks. Change
status flag as appropriate. Include additional trap to test for
more than two piece-wise, linear EOP values per epoch.
refomat_llsolv.h: Create constant for maximum EOP values per epoch.
