00/01/11 DEFECT IN LIBRARY libgpsF
SYMPTOM: Antenna with radome did not successfully match to an antenna
in the ant_info file.
PROBLEM: The antenna ID was a mix of an old standard antenna name with
a radome appended. The routine cmpant attempted to convert
the full name but could not because of the radome substring.
CORRECTION: antcmp in antphs.f: Insert an additional test block which
converts the antenna substring separately form the radome
substring.
